At Spooky Crafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help! Please read our return policy below:
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us via email at spookycraftsdiy@gmail.com to initiate a return.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for an exchange. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the return is received safely.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
